SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE BUYER IN THE AMOUNT AGREED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST DURING SHIPPING THE PURCHASER MUST CONTACT SHIPPING COMPANY AND FILE CLAIM. ONCE CLAIM IS CONCLUDED WE WILL TAKE ACTION.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST MAY INCREASE AND CUSTOMS FEES MAY APPLY UPON ARRIVAL TO YOUR COUNTRY (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES OR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES CHARGED).
IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
ALL TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL BY THE CARRIER YOU SELECTED AFTER ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR SHIPPING OR TRACKING NUMBER, OR IF YOU WANT TO TRACK THE ITEM(S) YOU PURCHASED, CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF YOUR SELECTED CARRIER. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES TO AND FROM DESTINATIONS.
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
ITEMS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO BE REFUNDED. IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, THE ITEM MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT. BUT IT MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR MANAGEMENT FIRST . WE OFFER ONE TIME EXCHANGE PER CUSTOMER, IF REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. ( SEE FULL EXCHANGE POLICY ON SITE).
CANCELLATION
A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PURCHASE IF ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. IF ITEM WAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT AND THE CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. THE CANCELLATION MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM, OR IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ON TIME.
